Sorry to hear that your new lingerie is not a fulfilling your dreams!

But, as long as your bra/s are unworn and unwashed, and in re-sellable condition, we can magically flip them back with an exchange or a refund.

A wise fairy always said; a good fit is largely dependent on having the right size and style that is appropriate for your proportions.

Think of it like jeans, boyfriend jeans aren’t great for everyone, some prefer skinny jeans or boot cut jeans. 

We would be happy to review your style and size selection and help recommend something that would offer you a better fit or the right functionality.  Our collection offers bras that make every mama happy; high support, soft/silky/light support, underwire, wirefree, lightly padded, etc. 

For help with finding your unicorn bra, simply let us know a little info:

• your pre pregnancy bra size

• your current bra size (most comfortable, non padded) and your measurements (band and bust in inches)

• are you expecting or already delivered and if so, how long ago 

Based on this information, we can guide you towards the bra of your fairytale dreams. 


Policy Details


You may return a re-sellable item within 30 days of your order date for a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping costs. Please take the following precautions to ensure that we can accept your item/s back:
Upon receipt, try on your lingerie after a shower. Items soiled with deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke or breast milk cannot be accepted.

Do not remove or dispose of any of the labels or packaging until you are sure that the size and fit are to your liking and you intend to keep the item.  Any items returned must be in clean, unworn, unwashed and unused condition with tags attached. Garments that do not meet this requirement will either be return to sender or disposed.

We can only accept returns or exchanges on products purchased directly on our site, with a valid invoice number.  Items purchased elsewhere must be taken to that retailer. Your item comes with specific care instructions and we cannot be responsible for garments damaged due to improper care and handling.

Our Returns Portal enables you to download a return shipping label and packing slip.


Return shipping labels are charged for a label and restocking fee $14.


Domestic exchanges qualify for prepaid return shipping and free outbound shipping on the exchanged item.

Returns and Exchange packages must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA approval or label.  If your shipment is not sent within that window, you may exceed the return window and your item will only qualify for an exchange.

Refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days of receipt to the original method of payment.  It may take up to a week for the refund to post on

To qualify for an exchange, the item/s must meet the same requirements listed above (clean, unworn, unwashed and re-sellable).

To initiate an exchange, simply select EXCHANGE in the return portal and select the alternate size or color.  When changing between items; if a refund is owed for the difference, it will be applied towards the original method of payment, if additional payment is required, we will contact you to make arrangements.

Exchanges that convert into returns will have the shipping/restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount


Bundle orders are non-refundable and items purchased as part of a bundle can only be exchanged to another variant of the same style, or returned for store credit in the discounted value.


At this time, exchanges are available for domestic orders only.  We encourage you to confirm sizing before placing an international order. International customers may return items for returns but need to cover shipping and any applicable duties. We encourage you to retain a valid tracking number to confirm delivery.
