RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Dairy Fairy. If something isn’t quite right, qualifying items may be returned within 30 days of the order date, subject to the guidelines below.

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be in clean, unworn, unwashed and unused condition, with all original tags attached.

A few tips to help ensure we can accept your return:

• Please try on lingerie after showering and before applying deodorant, lotion or perfume. Items with deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, breast milk or other signs of wear cannot be accepted.
• Keep all tags and packaging intact until you are sure you’re keeping the item.
• Items that do not meet our return requirements may be returned to the sender or disposed of without refund or credit.
• We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from The Dairy Fairy website with a valid order number. Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer.
• Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment. We cannot accept returns for items damaged through improper care or handling.
• Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return authorization or shipping label. Returns sent after this period may no longer qualify for a refund and may be eligible for store credit only.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Qualifying items purchased at less than a 30% discount may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original form of payment.

A $14 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

EXCHANGES

Qualifying domestic items purchased at less than a 30% discount may be exchanged without the standard $14 return fee. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your replacement item.

All exchanged merchandise must meet the same return qualifications listed above.

If an exchange is later converted to a return for refund, the applicable return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

ITEMS DISCOUNTED 30%

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Qualifying items may be returned for store credit only, less an $8 return shipping fee.

All merchandise must meet the return qualifications above.

ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE.

No returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit will be offered.

FINAL FEW & PANTIES

Final Few items are non-refundable and, unless otherwise marked Final Sale, may be returned for store credit only at the amount paid.

Panties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any promotional discount applied to these items is also subject to our discount policy above. Items discounted 50% or more are always Final Sale.

ESSENTIAL BOUTIQUE

Products purchased from our Essential Boutique collection are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are currently available for domestic U.S. orders only. We strongly encourage international customers to review our sizing information or contact us with sizing questions before placing an order.
